Heehee, a word of warning, don't try to make a district with more than 6 properties in it. It crashes the game when you try to buy stock there.

  1. Here's some other information I've derived from my experience with this board editor.

Recommended to only do 11 districts total due to what's visible in the individual standing screens, but the game seems capable of displaying 12 on the stock screen.

Must have at least three shops and at most six shops per district.

Any size map is fine, though there may be some overlap of your board with the edges of the outline on the board selection screen. Also, there is a 90 tile max before it freezes the game.

"Verify board" won't work properly if you create a map like kandata, with one-way doors. Just ignore it's error.

Vacant plots have values of 190 and model IDs of 98. All other properties have model IDs equal to the first two digits of their respective values. Failure to put in a proper ID seems to have an erroneous effect on cannon destination labels, but no freezing that I'm aware of.

Ignore the editor's built-in help line that says only some maps allow cannons; I've never had a problem putting cannons on any map I desire.

  2. Any word on an update to this editor? It needs hotkeys badly :(

  3. Would autoit hotkeys be sufficient? For example, setting the tile's price to 250 via control a, etc.

  4. Out of curiosity, has anyone figured out how to turn on/off the cylinder effect used by the Mario Galaxy maps? Additionally has anyone started a website with a map repository yet?
